Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Custom PC Builds: Average production time is 7–21 business days, depending on component availability, testing, and burn-in quality checks.

You will be notified via email when your order enters the build/test phase and when it ships.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We currently ship using the following carriers:

UPS

FedEx

USPS

Freight shipping may be required for high-value or oversized builds.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Package weight & dimensions

Destination address
-
Shipping method selected
Note: PC systems may require insured shipping, which is automatically included in the rate.

Packaging & Protection
All systems are:

Packed using industry-standard protective materials

External packaging includes “FRAGILE — ELECTRONICS” labeling
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to:

All contiguous U.S. states

Alaska & Hawaii (additional cost may apply)

No P.O. Boxes for PC systems
International shipping must be approved manually. Email us first before placing an order.
Insurance & Lost Packages

All custom PC builds are insured to their full value.

If a shipment is delayed or lost:
-
Contact the carrier first (using tracking number).
-
Then contact us at contactus@longshipindustries.com with your claim number.

We will assist with insurance claims, but final resolution depends on the carrier.
Damage During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged:

Take CLEAR photos of the box AND internal packaging before opening.

Email support@longshipindustries.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Do NOT discard the packaging — the carrier may request it for inspection.

We will evaluate the damage and determine repair or replacement options.
Order Changes / Address Corrections

Address changes must be requested before shipment.

If an order has already shipped, re-routing fees may apply.

Refused deliveries or incorrect addresses may incur return shipping charges.
Local Pickup (Tennessee Only)
Local pickup may be available by appointment only at our Cookeville, TN area location.

Delivery Issues
Longship Industries is not responsible for:

Items stolen after delivery confirmation

Delays caused by carriers or weather

Import duties, customs fees, or taxes (international orders)
